PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Construction project managers (CPM) shoulder the responsibility of keeping the project moving according to plan. Manage the project so that it finishes on schedule and within budget, while still meeting building codes, plans, and specs. A construction project manager also is charged with setting the parameters, finances, and calendar; vetting and hiring subcontractors and on-site workers; developing a strategy for potential conflict resolution; and more.
Before a project’s design is completed, the CPM has to be involved with estimating the cost of constructing a project based on the goals of the designer and owner (design concept) and the project’s scope, all while achieving optimal quality. The construction manager will have to be ready for potential changes to balance the costs, schedule, quality, and scope of the project while still meeting the financial goals.
In this case, we assume the risk, so we have an incentive to act in the owner’s interest and to efficiently manage costs, considering guaranteed maximum price overruns would be the responsibility of our team.

Chabi worked for me as project manager on the complete refurbishment of an apartment in central Palma from March 2021 until August 2021 and did an excellent job.
He and the team he used, the materials he selected and his attention to detail made the process more or less pain free.
Some delivery delays were inevitable due to the knock on effects of Covid but Chabi managed them to a minimum and the project came in more or less on time and close to budget. He also took care of the paperwork and permissions which can be a particular nightmare with the local adjuntaments involvement.
