Me, Chabi Der, as a property developer I am practically the entrepreneur that makes a new building happen. I go out, find the property opportunity, organize the purchase, put a team in place (architect, engineer, builder, interior designer), find the source to finance the deal, get the necessary approvals to build (with the help of our team), and control the entire construction project.
